    Yes, NymVPN offers pro-rata refunds within the first 30 days of your subscription. Check our Help Center for more information on our refund policy.

    You can subscribe to NymVPN using credit/debit cards (processed securely via Stripe) and cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Lightning (BTC-LN), Tether (USDT) or Monero (XMR). You can also use NYM tokens. More payment methods are gradually added.

    Refund processing times vary by payment method. For card payments via Stripe, refunds typically take 5-10 business days. NYM token refunds can be processed instantly, but final settlement depends on blockchain network congestion.

    Currently, NymVPN subscriptions do not auto-renew, so you will need to manually purchase another subscription when your current plan expires. Auto-renewing subscriptions with cards are planned for introduction in Q2 2025.

    All payments to Nym are be visible in your financial history or on public blockchains. For card payments, our payment processor Stripe stores data necessary to process the transaction. With the 'zk-nyms' anonymous access credentials, your payment data cannot be linked to your online activity.

    NymVPN subscriptions are available in multiple currencies, including EUR (€), USD ($), GBP (£), and CHF (₣), depending on your location. Various cryptocurrencies are also supported via out BTCPay Server self-hosted payment gateway.

    Based on user feedback, we gradually add more payment methods, for example PayPal, Apple Pay or stablecoin options.
